Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, musical experience, lesson preferences and any information you choose to include in your message. Where an enquiry concerns a child, a parent or guardian should submit the enquiry wherever appropriate.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable tuition, arrange lessons or consultations, and administer an ongoing teaching relationship. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry information for unrelated advertising.
Services that process information
Website enquiries are processed through Netlify Forms. Consultation bookings are handled by Acuity Scheduling, and booking payments are processed through its connected payment provider, Stripe. Those services process information under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and lesson-administration records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, the teaching relationship, or applicable legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it.
